EmpowerRD offer unique insights for all employees to better understand how a business operates. Employees are able to discuss key issues with the leadership team and in turn, leadership will consider the opinions of their team when making key decisions. Specific to the job, the EmpowerRD team invest considerable time and resources in providing new hires with the tools to be successful in their role!

The leadership at EmpowerRD are invested in the development and progression of the team. Work is carried out throughout the year to identify where employees see their next career step, before setting out a clear plan to help achieve this.

Culture is paramount! The team all enjoy coming into work, spending time with their colleagues in both a work and a social capacity. From a work perspective, collaboration and teamwork is encouraged, whilst the team also organise regular out of work social events to keep morale and spirits high!

There are regular opportunities to progress at EmpowerRD. We are encouraged to seek out opportunities ourselves but are also supported by management in taking on new challenges and together this opens up many opportunities to progress in many areas of the business.

We are a startup that genuinely encourages new ways of thinking and bringing your own style of work to succeed. There is enough structure so that you're never without something to do, but lots of autonomy in how you go about hitting targets and succeeding in the role.

The culture is truly driven from the bottom up at EmpowerRD. We all get on very well and so we're very supportive of each other. In sales there's a great level of competitiveness that drives us to do better, but never put others down to get ahead.

From when I started, the opportunities for progression were openly discussed. There is clear progression throughout sales and you know what you need to do to move onto Business Development. There is also the opportunity to progress and move into other parts of the business if this was something you wanted to do.

At EmpowerRD, ideas and suggestions are always welcomed. For example, if you have an idea of companies that you would like to prospect or if you want to suggest different methods of outreach, this is encouraged. Any suggestions will always be listened to and feedback will be given on this. There are also 'Ask Us Anything' sessions monthly where you can put forward any question or suggestion which is then directly answered by management.

At EmpowerRD, everyone's achievements are celebrated. People are consistently given shout-outs in person and on-line for their hard work. We also have team lunches and incentives, such as vouchers, to celebrate great work.

The company its growing very fast and achieving great things, so its probably the most exiting time to join! There are a lot of opportunities to make an impact.

We have a very dynamic team, always willing to progress and learn. The leadership team dedicates a lot of time to mentoring and always plan ahead so we kept learning.
