Company mission

To use technology to recover time for hard-working, over-tired staff and improve access to better care.

Our take

EngagedMD is helping carers carry on caring. The platform does so by helping healthcare providers operate at the top of their license by automating up to 56 minutes of patient education and administrative work per patient. By taking care of repetitive, time-consuming tasks, EngagedMD gives doctors, nurses, and care teams more time to actually care for people.

So far, EngagedMD has supported over 200 medical practices and helped more than 3M patients. It's also enabled over 10M forms to be signed digitally and saved an estimated 34,000+ hours of clinician time. This is huge, and the platform is designed to fit smoothly into existing workflows, so it's a very ideal fit.

In 2024, EngagedMD teamed up with fertility financing provider PatientFi to make fertility care more accessible by embedding financing education into the care journey. While the partnership focuses on fertility, it highlights the platform's broader strength: integrating tools that ease patient decision-making and reduce pressure on clinic staff. And as healthcare continues to move towards more streamlined, patient-centred models, EngagedMD is very well positioned to keep growing and helping even more teams and people.
