To become the data-layer for manufacturing where all departments are able to seamlessly access, understand and share production data to make their best decisions and improve their operations.
Our take
Enlyze is a startup founded in 2017 by four keen young entrepreneurs with passions in Industry 4.0, machine learning and more. The aim of the company is to support the scaling of production manufacturers and help gain optimal efficiency through data analysis. The company uses its “ENLYZE platform” to give customers a clear report and analysis of their manufacturing process, complete from machine qualities to process data.
The company’s clients praise the simplicity of the platform being all-in-one, as they can see their manufacturing process from start to end and all the data that goes along with it. The outcome is a fast problem-solving process with long term cost saving results. Enlyze prides the Edge device they use to be highly secure, not allowing data or machine control to connect to the internet for any external eyes.
We now live in a very digital world and manufacturers are likely to suffer as that digitisation continues. The more knowledge and data acquired to build connections between digital services and the machines in plants will only support the growth of old systems with new ones. Enlyze are in an exciting position with a lot of buzz around it currently, with further funding meaning it can continue to improve and grow its product to fall in line with the demand and growth in production.
