Company mission

To build the world’s largest network of communities for gamers and esports fans

-9% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Enthusiast Gaming has built the largest gaming network in North America and the UK, leading the way in the fastest growing entertainment categories of esports and gaming.

The company has vigorously pursued a buy-and-build growth strategy. In doing this they can combine the elements of its four core pillars; Media, Talent, Esports and Experiences into a positive flywheel, cross-selling users in its communities to its games and experiences and visa versa.

The company is looking to continue to expand via the acquisition of exciting gaming communities as well as partnerships that can expose it to the latest trends in the space. For example, the company is now dipping its toes into the NFT space with Fractal.

The difficulty with their strategy will be to ensure that Enthusiast Gaming continues to make truly smart, well-priced acquisitions despite their high-volume.
