Company mission

To build the world's largest network of communities for gamers through tools, platforms, and experiences.

-9% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Enthusiast Gaming has built one of the largest gaming media and community networks across North America and the UK, positioning itself as the centre of two of the fastest-growing entertainment categories: gaming and eSports. Its strategy has focused on scale, bringing together a wide range of digital communities, content platforms, and creators to reach millions of engaged players and fans.

This growth has been driven by a buy-and-build model built around four core pillars: Media, Talent, eSports, and Experiences. These are designed to work together as a flywheel, where users move between content, competitions, and live or digital experiences. The aim is to deepen engagement while creating multiple revenue streams, including advertising, sponsorships, and events.

Now the company needs to balance continued expansion with disciplined acquisitions while maintaining quality across its network. With new opportunities emerging in creator-led economies and digital experiences Enthusiast Gaming has strong foundations which should set it up nicely for long-term success.
