Transform recruiting through technology, helping companies to find, assess and hire the right IT talent.
26% employee growth in 12 months
For a vast number of businesses, finding tech talent is a huge problem. In fact, in 2021 over 50% of organisations reported that they were suffering from a skills shortage in tech. However, when you look at traditional tech company hiring practices, this comes as no surprise. Most companies looking for tech talent still practice the old-school 'CV + non-tailored assignment' model, and this has two key defects. On the one hand, this system is prone to hiring candidates who don't really fit the job specifications. On the other hand, it is hugely time consuming, requiring senior members of tech departments to spend a long time vetting applications.
Expertlead is aiming to fix this. Essentially a HR recruitment platform, their product is aimed at bridging the gap between tech talent and the companies who need it. Expertlead is banking on market disruption to bring it success. Going beyond traditional recruitment models, it combines a unique peer-to-peer interview process for candidates with insights from the global tech community, which combine to create a model that does a better job of linking the right candidates with the right roles than traditional methods.
Expertlead has already drummed up a considerable amount of interest. It has secured partnerships with big players like Klarna, Mercedes-Benz.io and Accenture, and has a community of over 3000 vetted tech experts on board. Investors have shown great interest too. Following major funding across multiple rounds, Expertlead is currently focused on expansion both of its team and its products. Despite competing with other hiring platforms and agencies, Expertlead's early metrics have been very strong, and if it can keep this up then it will be set for big things in future.
