Ezra's virtual coaching app replicates an intimate, one-to-one interaction by providing expert technology-based coaching sessions, digital user journeys, and regular reporting. Its app-based coaching solution can be scaled across an entire organization. Being a junior company of LHH, Ezra has been able to leverage LHH's 50 years of global leadership in coaching and talent development.
Just over a year after its launch, the company became the fastest-growing virtual coaching solution globally. It now supports many of the world's leading companies, including Spotify, Sony and AstraZeneca. It is set for even more growth since its $21 million in venture capital, awarded in early 2024. This will be used to expand into 20 cities and 50 locations in North America and improve the capabilities of its AI technology.
