Whilst their Virtual Assistants ("Fyxers") are able to work remotely, managing up to three clients at a time, companies are able to pay only for the assistance needed, reducing the cost by at least 50%. Moreover, Fyxer boosts efficiency through matching Virtual Assistants specifically to clients needs.
They have already worked with companies such as Secret Escapes, Multiple and ClearScore. The demand for Virtual Assistants is continuing to rise, as more and more companies are looking to outsource these digital workers.

Having only been with Fyxer for a short time, I expressed my hope to progress within FYXER into a newly advertised role. Straight away I was offered a meeting to discuss and now a plan is being put into place to help me to achieve those goals, I felt incredibly 'heard' in the moment, the fact I was able to express my interest in the first place is lovely and to have such a positive response has been incredibly motivational.

The onboarding was a great process, despite working remotely the onboarding process and how it has been delivered/shared has felt very inclusive, the tasks have enabled me to get to know the company at my own pace and revisit anything I felt I needed to, yet whizz through tasks I am familiar with. It has worked very well. The use of Slack and the social aspect of that has left me feeling more included, sociable than even companies where I have worked in the office. It has been a great way to tackle my personal 'shyness'.

There is a clear and very precise goal that the company is working towards. I understand that there were a few teething issues when the company first started, but senior management have put a lot of time and effort into fine tuning what the service is (V2) and how it is used by stakeholders. They have streamlined the process and have been doing a good job with communicating with us and having us be part of updates. The efforts have felt collaborative.

This for me has to be my favourite thing about FYXER. The level of engagement and transparency from management has been great and something that I haven’t been used to in my previous companies. Rich, the CEO - you can see how passionate he is about his business… to Gemma who’s the Director of Change & Transformation, to Mel who heads up HR - everyone is passionate about the business’ success. It’s clear that they want their workforce to be happy. They are always open to feedback and I haven’t noticed the usual politics that I’m accustomed to seeing in businesses like this.
