FYXER

The onboarding at FYXER was the best in my career. It’s granular, interactive and completed at your own pace. There’s support throughout and they are always open to questions and feedback.

It’s a community and the Leadership Team welcome feedback and inclusiveness. I’m fairly new to FYXER but I already have a strong desire to invest my time into their mission as they go through an important operational change which I believe they will succeed in.

Everyone is very well connected, despite us all working remotely. The communication channels are excellent and allow everyone to share their experiences and support each other. This is important as the business is developing fast with exciting plans to expand over the next two years.

The people at Fyxer are all so incredibly lovely, supportive and approachable. I have never felt that I couldn't go to the management team or my colleagues for help, advice or support!

Managements communication is clear and open, we are kept up to date at all times and any question is met with honesty and transparency. I always really appreciate that every step of the way we are kept in the loop.

Fyxer most certainly has people from all different backgrounds, different ages, ethnicities, religions and upbringings. It is totally refreshing to see such a diverse range of people all working under one roof!

From day one with FYXER, what stood out was the supportive and collaborative environment that management provided. As soon as you start with FYXER you are enrolled on a thorough onboarding programme which gives you all you need to know about how to support your clients effectively, working remotely. There are clear systems to follow and a collaborative culture to help and guide along the way

At FYXER, we can work where and how we want, if you prefer being surrounded by activity and people, we are free to work in a cafe, outside workspace, library, anywhere we feel comfortable but if you are just as happy on a desk in your spare bedroom, that's fine.

Having only been with Fyxer for a short time, I expressed my hope to progress within FYXER into a newly advertised role. Straight away I was offered a meeting to discuss and now a plan is being put into place to help me to achieve those goals, I felt incredibly 'heard' in the moment, the fact I was able to express my interest in the first place is lovely and to have such a positive response has been incredibly motivational.

I have observed initially and then taken part in a number of Zoom meetings where I have felt fully supported to express my ideas and opinions. The management team have given me the space and time to do so and have thanked me for doing so.

The onboarding was a great process, despite working remotely the onboarding process and how it has been delivered/shared has felt very inclusive, the tasks have enabled me to get to know the company at my own pace and revisit anything I felt I needed to, yet whizz through tasks I am familiar with. It has worked very well. The use of Slack and the social aspect of that has left me feeling more included, sociable than even companies where I have worked in the office. It has been a great way to tackle my personal 'shyness'.

During the pandemic, a lot has changed in the world regarding flexible working. FYXER is an organisation that truly values remote working and flexibility, with exciting opportunities to work with great people and organisations.

FYXER has a disruptive business model that provides a shared-service platform of great talent to high-growth and scaling businesses. It's an exciting business to be a part of!

I love the work that I do through FYXER as you are able to provide direct and meaningful support to clients who need it. Working directly with clients allows you to truly see the value in the work that you do and feel valued.

Everyone is always willing to help, even when they are busy with their own clients and work. Nothing is ever too much to ask of the team!

I am a mum of two small children. I am able to take them to and from nursery, attend school events and appointments without any questions asked. FYXER is a family and as all families do, we help eachother out!

Given the vast range of clients and sectors we work in, there is always a challenge - something that you have never come up against and makes you think outside the box!

The on the job training I've received at FYXER has been a great help to my personal development. I love the variety of the work and being able to work autonomously.

Although we're a fully remote team at FYXER the sense of community is amazing. The team are thoughtful and caring towards each other.

We are encouraged to ask questions, provide regular feedback and share ideas.

There is a clear and very precise goal that the company is working towards. I understand that there were a few teething issues when the company first started, but senior management have put a lot of time and effort into fine tuning what the service is (V2) and how it is used by stakeholders. They have streamlined the process and have been doing a good job with communicating with us and having us be part of updates. The efforts have felt collaborative.

I love the fact that I can be a virtual assistant and work to my own hours. I am also able to pick up extra work from the communal channels.

This for me has to be my favourite thing about FYXER. The level of engagement and transparency from management has been great and something that I haven’t been used to in my previous companies. Rich, the CEO - you can see how passionate he is about his business… to Gemma who’s the Director of Change & Transformation, to Mel who heads up HR - everyone is passionate about the business’ success. It’s clear that they want their workforce to be happy. They are always open to feedback and I haven’t noticed the usual politics that I’m accustomed to seeing in businesses like this.

I work with the most amazing team of people. Everyone gives their all, every day and support each other to deliver the best possible service to our clients. It's what makes us great.

Our management team are amazing people. They are supportive, accessible at all times, manage in a horizontal way. They listen to our feedback, have regular contact calls with us and also really take an interest in who we are as people.

Our management team are supportive at all times. We work in such a unique way that you are never isolated, never overwhelmed and always able to access support. They provide front line support every day. They show up for us every day.
