Company mission

To transform brands through the power of data.

Our take

Fabacus is a global technology business and creator of Xelacore. The company uses its data service to tackle the root causes of challenges within the licensing industry, with a view to create a connected world of licensing for consumer brands.

Fabacus is focused on breaking the boundaries between on-and-offline brand integration. Its strong backing sets it up well for this: it is founded by tech and retail entrepreneur Andrew Xeni and is supported by a number of financial institutions, including iNovia Partners, led by former CFO Google Patrick Pichette, as well as New Look founder Tom Singh.

Fabacus has recently partnered with gaming company Ubisoft and sportswear brand Venum, allowing it to broaden brand universes for consumers by digitally integrating its licensed product into Assassin’s Creed as well as creating a physical capsule collection with Venum. Such partnerships will help facilitate growth for the company.
