To solve the problems of Human Resources in small and medium-sized businesses.
219% employee growth in 12 months
Factorial’s HR platform is designed to make it easier for small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to automate a multitude of labour and time intensive processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and time tracking.
The company doubled down on its surge of growth in recent years by acquiring digital solutions and marketing provider Codegram, before undergoing a full rebrand in a bid to increase its mass appeal. They have gained a number of major clients like KFC and Booking.com, despite targeting SMEs.
There’s some pretty stiff competition in the HR tech field such as Workday, PeopleHR and Oracle, however with such a large market out there, Factorial is well set to take advantage of the opportunity. Their next big move is to expand operations across Latin America and the US, having recently set up offices in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, and Utah.
