FairHire aims to help organisations remove bias through the use of anonymised CVs and facilitating the best practice in their end-to-end processes. It does this with its next generation applicant tracking system which combines blind hiring with intelligent people analytics supported by behavioural science.
FairHire was founded in 2015 as Nottx, changing its name in 2020. Its vision is fundamentally to create a level playing field in the recruitment process, helping organisations through blind hiring and behavioural science. This gives confidence to candidates and credibility to employers.
FairHire's main product is its next generation Applicant Tracking System, which incorporates a fully-anonymised blind hiring program combined with science-backed people analytics. As well as helping large firms through its adaptation to compliance, security, and global distribution concerns, FairHire also has a profound social impact.
Its approach has led to an increase of 140% in candidate applications, a 50% increase in callbacks for ethnic minorities, and a 58% increase in gender diversity at interview stage.
