Customers are prompted to answer questions within surveys upon completion of their purchase through a web-integrated tool, the answers to which are immediately returned for analysis.

Through its real-time customer-generated data approach, the company claims that it can provide all the information E-commerce brands need for their marketing strategies without risking the breach of data compliance regulations.
