Our take

Across the world, 800 million people are starving, but 2.8 billion people are overweight. Fastic is challenging this by helping users connect with their bodies, lose weight, and curb overconsumption. Since its founding in 2019, Fastic has aimed to help millions of users lead happier, healthier, and more balanced lives. Its holistic, app-based approach fuses intermittent fasting with nutrition, mindfulness, and education.

Use of the app results in mindful choices about food and diet. The app combines smart tools to track success with fasting basics, challenges to keep users satisfied, and recipes to keep them motivated. This helps people with cultivating fascination, and it educates people to take back control of their health.

Since its founding, Fastic has been downloaded over 15 million times and aided people across more than 50 countries to live better lives, helping to revolutionise holistic health with intermittent fasting. Its team has over 25 years of fasting knowledge and is bringing this to the world in an accessible, simple way.

Phillip is responsible for overseeing marketing efforts & also serves as Fastic's Managing Director. Previously, he bootstrapped together a health-and-fasting-focused eCommerce platform from scratch.

Ben Bak

(Chairman)

Ben is a serial entrepreneur and tech investor. He has built a number of online startups. He was part of several multi-million exits, one of the latest being LOVOO, which sold for $70 million.
