Our take
It is often common to come across maintenance issues within workplaces or residential buildings, but many avoid reporting these issues due to the lengthy process involved. It's time-consuming and often more complicated than it needs to be, and it's not uncommon to never hear about a resolution.
FaultFixers is a property management application for desktop and mobile that is improving the process of reporting maintenance issues. Providing customer-to-client maintenance software with automation and self-service solutions, customers can now report an issue in less than 30 seconds. FaultFixers is streamlining the workflow processes in property management teams so they know exactly what to do when it needs to be done.
With funding raised from investment companies Suss Ventures and Innovate UK, FaultFixers plans to utilise the capital gained to further develop its product and deliver innovative maintenance software, helping customers with efficiency and oversights across their businesses.
