Company mission

To support employees through their biggest health challenges, when they need it the most.

Our take

On a mission to provide ‘fertility for all’, London-based Fertifa sells bespoke reproductive health and fertility packages to UK employers to offer as workplace benefits to their staff.

The company was started after the founder's personal experience of going through a miscarriage with his wife, forcing him to realise how complex and individualised reproductive health and fertility support is and should therefore be treated in this very way.

The global fertility market is expected to grow to $31.59B by 2029, and this is being fuelled by developments in reproductive technology, increased awareness of infertility treatments, and an increase in the number of fertility clinics. Hence it is unsurprising that Fertifa received almost instantaneous investment. Early funding has been primarily invested into UK expansion, but the company is also scaling overseas given the global nature of its mission.
