Fifty is a technology company focused on large scale analysis of social media data to fundamentally redefine how organisations understand and engage their customers. At the core is the Fifty platform, which helps brands understand their audiences better and target them more efficiently.
This is done through making sense of complex audience datasets and developing them into tribes. This audience segmentation interface enables brands to delve deeper into what different sets of their customers care about.
Fifty's clients include Red Bull, Bentley, Save the Children, BrewDog and Garmin. In recent years, the company was very successful in Travel, Cruises, Theatre, and Live Events. Going forward, they see their privacy-by-design, cookie-less targeting solutions giving them the edge over competitors who help brands manage digital campaigns.

You have flexibility to work from home as you see fit. We have a gorgeous and well equipped office for meetings, conferences, and client hosting - but we are encouraged to use it as and when we feel it will be most productive! Most people come in on a Thursday.

Everyone in the company has an opportunity to make suggestions to their line managers. As we are a scaling company, employees that have innovative ideas is greatly appreciated! The flat structure offered at Fifty means it is easier to make suggestions directly to people who can make changes.

At Fifty, nothing is "too little" to celebrate, we have a company wide weekly meeting where we shout out our "Hero of the week". As it is colleagues recognising other colleagues it makes sure no one is getting left behind.

There is a lot of emphasis placed on employee wellbeing throughout the company, from the introduction of "Duvet days"- an initiative where we can take 2 days in the year as rest days to the consistent socials. Fifty is a company that cares about the people that work there.

Fifty is growing at a rapid rate. The team has doubled in size since lockdown and is continuing to expand across the UK, US and Australia. Despite all this change, the company culture has remained really strong. The team is super friendly and really welcoming to new starters.

Fifty is truly a people-first business. They offer a range of benefits to support employee wellbeing, including two 'duvet days' per year to use at your own discretion, no questions asked, as well as paid voluntary work days. I recently volunteered at a charity donation drive and it meant a lot that I could take a day off work to support a good cause.

The people are hands down the best thing about working at Fifty. It's such a young and fun team and everyone is really passionate about what they do. We have a weekly pub trip every Thursday as well as quarterly socials for the entire company which are a really fun way of getting to know the wider team outside of work.
