Fini is on a mission to help growth-stage companies increase user retention by proactively resolving their issues.

Our take

Fini aims to help growth-stage companies resolve customer issues at scale, with a view to increasing customer retention. Its platform integrates into existing CRM systems, automatically categorising ticket requests, resolving them where possible, and ultimately giving companies a clearer overall view of ongoing customer problems.

Co-founders Hakim Khalafi and Deepak Singla each spent a number of years at Uber, focusing primarily on customer experience and growth strategy. It was there that they learned how growth stage companies are constantly held back by trying to handle customer issues manually across multiple channels, hence the creation of Fini.

Having recently emerged from Y Combinator, Fini is still in its infancy, but with the startup ecosystem awash with scaling companies keen to maintain customers, this is a very opportune time.
