Company mission

Real-life Investment Banking simulations to optimize training & hiring in Financial Services

Our take

Finsimco is a EdTech startup that provides leading banks and business schools with real-life investment banking simulations specially designed to train the participants in realistic business scenarios. The founders are ex-bankers who wanted to help corporate finance professionals at the beginning of their careers by offering them challenging simulations that will help them acquire finance skills fast.

Finsimco's learning programs are created by finance professionals with experience in a number of finance roles. Their simulations gamify the learning experience to facilitate fast learning and they have been designed to be easy to implement within companies' existing infrastructure. Moreover, their simulations are tailored to the target audience, the content varying based on the experience of the employees ( e.g. interns, analysts, and associates).

Finsimco is an early-stage startup, thus its main priority in the following period is building its brand awareness and increasing its customer base. Even though the company was recently founded, it already counts big financial corporations among its clients, such as Credit Suisse.
