To build a culture where all ethnicities thrive.
40% female employees
The world spends a staggering $6 billion on racial equity and diversity programmes every year. Currently, this goes towards projects like anti-bias training, focus groups and mentorship schemes. But there's a problem: tracking the results of such efforts is incredibly difficult. As a result, many corporate racial diversity and equity programmes are failing.
Flair wants to solve this. Founded in 2017, its product is a people analytics tool that enables organisations to diagnose, track and address racial biases within their culture, allowing them to make positive changes. In a nutshell, it allows businesses to turn intention into action.
Despite its relative youth, Flair has already established some big partnerships, ranging from the Premier League to the British Red Cross. Following major funding, Flair is now focused on growth. With companies having pledged over $200 billion to tackling racism, the next few years are set to bring some monumental changes in this market, and Flair is looking really well set to capitalise on this.
