Flex Living offers a range of contract types, ranging from month-to-month arrangements or long-term leases. The company has also put customer service at its centre by offering 24/7 customer support, which sets Flex Living apart from most real estate agent or landlord managed properties.
Flex Living currently operates apartments in a range of London locations, including the City. Similar companies, including US-based Landing, have seen considerable success elsewhere in recent years, which bodes well for the company. Calls for disruption to the stagnant UK rental market are intensifying, and if Flex Living can gain a foothold in the capital, a nationwide expansion could well be on the cards in the next five years.
