Company mission

Flourish Labs is on a mission to grow the mental health workforce with certified peer supporters, to make affordable mental health care accessible to all.

Our take

As the mental health crisis continues, Flourish Labs aims to built strong peer-to-peer support networks (beginning at colleges), providing 1-on-1 video sessions for those seeking help, with company-verified peer supporters.

Flourish Labs responds to the lack of availability of basic support services that can act as a first-call point for those struggling with their mental health. Currently operating in California, Oregon, and Washington State, the company offers free training to college students, who can then work as paid part-time peer supporters for others.

The company has received substantial funding that will help it expand into other states, as well as go towards broadening its product development towards serving more communities and age-groups in the future.
