Flux Outdoor's mission is to help marketers use data and context to buy billboard space at precisely the right moment.
Our take
A recent study has shown that 92 percent of all surveyed decision-makers are planning to invest more money in programmatic OOH over 2022. Flux Outdoor is setting out to redefine OOH and help marketers achieve the impact of broadcast but with the agility of digital media. They do this by using real time data and context in order to buy billboard space at precise moments.
The company are already working with over 100 brands across EMEA, USA & Asia. They are working with some of the largest advertisers in the world and clients include Gucci, Samsung, Visa, ESPN and BBC.
Having raised a Series A round, the company are now backed by Ignite, Northstar Ventures and angels from Banking & Technology (Barclays Wealth, Friends Reunited).

Due to the nature of the product, there are so many exciting problems to tackle on a daily basis. This could range from design issues to code structure. I truly enjoy what I do and there's never a dull moment. Also the team is very helpful when it comes to sharing knowledge as well as flexible in regards to what one wants to work on.

Everyone at Flux work together as one. We have a regular standup every morning to ensure all team members are on track. If someone get blocked, few other members will jump on that issue. The team is also the very friendly and accommodating.

Flux has a sophisticated tech stack which uses Vue JS on the front end instead of other popular JS frameworks. Using Vue JS has been extremely helpful because of how powerful it is and how intuitive it feels to use.
