To offer a unique platform where restaurateurs and Chefs benefit from the prices negotiated with all suppliers, wholesalers, and partner producers, whatever the category (fruit and vegetable, meat, seafood, dairy, drink, packaging, …).
Restaurants must purchase fresh food from their suppliers every week to meet their customer's orders, but it is not easy to find the right supplier. Suppliers may not stock certain items, and this results in restaurant managers either juggling multiple suppliers or restricting the availability of items on their menu.
Foodomarket provides an online marketplace for restaurant supply chains, allowing managers to browse the offerings of many different suppliers. The marketplace has separate categories for basic foods as well as artisanal goods, specials and delicacies, with any purchase including after-sales service for suppliers.
Whilst the restaurant supply chain industry has gradually migrated to digital platforms, such solutions are generally bespoke for a supplier and thus do not give restaurants the freedom to shop between different suppliers easily. Through its vast marketplace, after-sales care and dynamic pricing system, Foodomarket aims to prevent restaurants from being restricted by limited supplier offerings, improve supply chain stability, and improve revenue for all parties.
