To scale a new generation of modern business leaders by providing them with the on-demand knowledge and networks to build better teams, products and companies.
Framework has been developed by the CEO and COO of Founders Academy, and is intended to act as an "alternative MBA". It's the world's first on-demand business school, and its edge comes from its accessibility and usability. The company is taking the model provided by Fitbit and Duolingo, and applying it to business education.
The team behind Framework are leaning on their own experience - as entrepreneurs and as business graduates - in order to craft a personalised digital training platform. Framework offers digestable and targeted 15-minute lessons called "Frameworks".
These "Frameworks" are distilled from thousands of hours of learning, and curated into sleek playlists, which will allow users to focus on key areas of learning. This will likely appeal to part-time learners, or people juggling learning with work commitments. Lessons are delivered by experts, academics and entrepreneurs, and range from classic business teachings to cutting-edge insights.
Its unique on-demand model means that Framework is likely to see impressive growth compared to more traditional MBA and education providers.

Helping create the experience for users around learning is as fulfilling as it is challenging. There's a real culture of being user-first at Framework and it forms the basis for all decisions. What I also love is there's a real sense of purpose and passion that's so deeply engrained.

Every decision, be that strategic, product or design comes from a place of empathy and a desire to understand. Balance that with the attitude of being open and democratic, Framework has a refreshing culture where your voice and opinion are always valued.

I've learnt so much in my first six months at Framework. That's partly been by osmosis from my wonderful colleagues. But I've also been actively encouraged to dive deep into technology that I've not touched before. Framework is an EdTech company where learning starts at home.

I'm trusted to evaluate choices and move forward without having to justify every decision (though of course the team is interested!). I also have the joy of being able to take the initiative to explore whatever catches my eye that I believe will bring value to the company.

Our co-founders Asha and Riya are inspirational. They've got a lot on their plate, but they're savvy and smart, while also being humble and quick to listen. Working alongside them gives me complete confidence in their ability to deliver for the company, right across product, sales, recruitment, fundraising, etc. The fantastic product we've built over the last six months is a fantastic testimony to the skills of the whole team. And they've made it fantastic fun too!

There’s a large push for autonomy and creativity. The idea of truly owning your own work is something that gets thrown around a lot, but this has to be one of the few experiences where that is completely true.

One of the key reasons why I chose to work at Framework was the fact I wanted to help create something that really helps people in a tangible way by accelerating their learning and careers. We frequently get feedback saying how valuable what we’re doing actually is!

An intrinsic part of the business is about making sure that we’re all pulling in the same direction. The culture here gets everyone onboard and takes peoples opinions and thoughts into account and course corrects where required.
