To scale a new generation of modern business leaders by providing them with the on-demand knowledge and networks to build better teams, products and companies.
Framework has been developed by the CEO and COO of Founders Academy, and is intended to act as an "alternative MBA". It's the world's first on-demand business school, and its edge comes from its accessibility and usability. The company is taking the model provided by Fitbit and Duolingo, and applying it to business education.
The team behind Framework are leaning on their own experience - as entrepreneurs and as business graduates - in order to craft a personalised digital training platform. Framework offers digestable and targeted 15-minute lessons called "Frameworks".
These "Frameworks" are distilled from thousands of hours of learning, and curated into sleek playlists, which will allow users to focus on key areas of learning. This will likely appeal to part-time learners, or people juggling learning with work commitments. Lessons are delivered by experts, academics and entrepreneurs, and range from classic business teachings to cutting-edge insights.
Its unique on-demand model means that Framework is likely to see impressive growth compared to more traditional MBA and education providers.
