Full Fat is a PR and communications agency that aims to 'get under the skin' of its customers. The company produces and delivers campaigns through careful insight, content, events, media, and social, in collaboration with its clients.
Though PR and communications is a saturated industry, Full Fat has produced communications and marketing work for some very well-known brands, such as San Miguel, John Lewis, Boxpark, and John Reed. Working with an objectively small team gives Full Fat a leg up on the competition, as it allows the company to be agile and streamlined, with less red tape in the way of getting projects to completion; something a large company would struggle to do in the same timeframe.
Running quarterly pro-bono schemes, Full Fat encourages non-profits and charities to apply. These schemes are focused on supporting racial, sexual, gender, ability, and social equality, investing up to £2,500 of time per month for up to 4 months.

In 2018, Paul was made a partner of Full Fat and now sits on the board with the company’s founders Megan and Ella. He started out as an intern in 2013.

Our founders spend time with new joiners to make sure they fully understand the company values. The values are also reinforced every week during our whole staff meetings. In everything we do, we are reminded of our values and how to work in a way that keeps them in mind.

The whole team are honestly so friendly and welcoming, as a fairly new starter it has been refreshing to feel so included in the team so quickly. Every member of the team are willing to help, no question is a silly question. People are genuinely lovely!
