Futr's mission is to deliver superpowers to support teams everywhere.
Futr help organisations serve their audiences or customers with 24/7 support by providing out of hours, self-serve chatbots. Their live chat agents are multilingual and available via a SaaS platform or API service.
They are focused on providing support to critical services such as councils and non-for-profit organisations who are often hampered by legacy technology.
The company’s services proved particularly popular during the COVID-19 pandemic as organisations dealt with much higher levels of customer questions than normal. During the height of the pandemic, Futr provided its service free of charge to the public sector.

At Futr, our work is very collaborative. Even if you are in a different department, we come together regularly and share our opinions and thoughts on different projects and campaigns. For example, the sales team, marketing team and customer success team regularly come together to share ideas and thoughts. Everyone's opinion is valued and considered in any work that we do.

I've been given a lot of autonomy at Futr. I've been able to lead projects, suggest new ideas and have been trusted to get things done. Our CEO values the experience and knowledge we bring and looks to us for our thoughts and suggestions. He gives us the autonomy to lead and drive projects forward and trusts our decisions.

Futr has been the first company I've ever felt truly valued and that my opinions matters. We have daily team catch-ups, weekly 1:1s with our manager as well as weekly company debriefs where we focus on what we've achieved as individual departments and as an organisation in the week. I've been able to start and grow an entire department since starting at Futr and have never once felt like the changes and processes I've wanted to be implemented have hit a wall, but rather the team has opened every door and welcomed change.

We talk a lot about the values and culture we want to create and uphold here at Futr and the reason being is that we believe in what we preach. I myself, have been nominated as our inclusive and diversity specialist. In that role and outside in my general life, I have always strived to make sure any environment is welcoming and open to individuals of all walks of life. I think the best thing about Futr's team is that we truly are the perfect mix of humans in that we have a range of genders, ethnicities and backgrounds which only add strengths to our organisation.
