GRNDHOUSE's mission is to be a global community that empowers its consumers to implement positive change within their lives both physically and mentally.
Many fitness classes have moved to online classes and many customers continue to prefer online classes. This is due to the convenience that they provide allowing members to join from any location, but this doesn’t change the fact that classes still occur at a specific time.
GRNDHOUSE provides on-demand strength workout classes online through smartphone, tablet, and web applications, allowing users to work out their strength with professional trainers regardless of the time or their location. The company employs a diverse team of strength trainers and provides classes that exclusively use bodyweight as well as dumbbell-specific classes.
Whilst online fitness classes are nothing new, GRNDHOUSE has been smart to realize that not everyone is willing to commit to purchasing equipment, filling this gap in the market by providing equipment-free classes.
