To create borderless opportunities for everyone to upskill, ready for the next era of work.
Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality (AR & VR) training have been increasing in popularity with enterprises in recent years, influenced by both the growing skills gap, lower deployment costs, and better scalability.
Gemba, which is an evolution of the 2013-founded Leadership Network, is one of a coterie of companies zeroing in on the VR/AR training niche, but it focuses more heavily on training senior executives with its immersive “masterclasses”.
Despite not chasing venture capital investment until 2023, Gemba’s bootstrapped approach didn't hold it back at all, its roll call of customers includes Coca Cola, Adidas, AstraZeneca, L'Oréal, Nike, Bayer, and Carlsberg.
Given its multi award-winning tech and impressive customer base, the company’s future looks quite secure, especially after its 2023 Series A. However, with the VR Training field heating up and getting more competitive, the onus is on Gemba to stay ahead of the pack.
