Company mission

Genba’s mission is to empower the frontline industrial workforce with the most straightforward, dependable and intelligent software in the world, built specifically for them and their workflows.

Our take

Genba is an industrial workflow company that seeks to replace out-dated and ineffective pen-and-paper methods of information capture with a voice-first UI.

Genba's mobile app allows technicians and maintenance teams to complete work in the field and record information via voice recognition. Genba's AI adapts to company-specific vocabulary, while cutting out loud background noise. What's more, Genba requires no training, meaning that technicians can use the software from day one.

Genba is planning to expand its customer base, which already includes big names such as GE Energy, and increase its employee headcount, while expanding the applications of its technology.
