To empower people to look, feel and be their best selves — at every age.
Charmaine Chow used to feel frustrated with her skin issues and the time-consuming visits to various dermatologists, medical aesthetic doctors, and plastic surgeons in order to find the best treatments. Realising that this is a common issue among women, she founded GetHarley, the first skin and positive ageing telehealth platform aimed at enabling a personalised discovery of skin health clinicians, products and procedures online.
GetHarley combines a cutting edge technology stack and data science with the knowledge of skilled practictioners to deliver a deeply personalised experience to its customers. The company aims to transform how we think about skincare and healthy ageing, and seems to be making strong progress towards this goal, having already attracted over 1000 vetted clinicians to its platform since its founding in 2019.
The popularity of its platform and its early commercial success has led to a high degree of investment, most recently in a 2023 Series B funding round. This, combined with its triple-digit annual revenue growth, means that GetHarley is well placed to disrupt the beauty and skin care industry. It is planning to further scale its operations, bringing more professionals onto its platform and hiring new talent, with a longer term goal of expansion into European and US markets.

The CEO is very honest and transparent with plans for the future of the business and gives you specific feedback on your development. There is an honest and open approach to feedback which is refreshing to experience and it is always done in a kind way. We use Slack to communicate regular business updates. For example, we have 'sales' updates every day which is helpful to know how the company is performing overall.
