To allow people to send gift cards to friends and family they’ll be excited to receive and won’t go to waste.
Giftly is looking to transform the gift card market after it's founder realised that £3B in gift cards go unused every year. To do this, the company has created a universal gift card.
Recipients can either receive the gift card in the form of a physical Visa card or as a transfer to a bank or PayPal account. After they receive the funds, they are free to use the money on the sender's recommendation or for anything else.
Since its launch, Giftly has become a popular choice for those looking for a hassle-free gifting experience. It has also established a B2B offering, where companies can send brandable, customizable gift and rewards to employees. This has attracted big names including Accenture, Google, and Salesforce.
With a fresh approach and a market estimated to be worth $100B-a-year, Giftly seem well set to make an impact in the space.
