Glewee's mission is to empower Brands and Creators to collaborate on authentic social media campaigns.
While investment into the influencer marketing sector slowed down during the pandemic-induced crunch, things have begun to heat up again, and a number of startups offering platforms to connect brands to the right content creators are moving quickly to establish themselves.
Upfluence and Tribe have been catching both media and investor attention, but so too has Glewee. Its model is similar to freelancing platforms like UpWork, with talent discovery, contracts, payment, approval, and even tax forms offered on site.
However, a stringent application and verification process for creators should ensure that standards are kept high, while Glewee’s main value differentiator is that there are no subscription costs, but a small, fixed commission.
Having recently closed a major seed funding round, Glewee is in a strong position to expand its headcount and ramp up its operations.
