The customer experiences provided by glowing are brand-differentiated and include workflows for recovering from negative guest experiences as well as quick surveys that can be sent out to gauge guest satisfaction levels.
Glowing serves globally recognised luxury brands such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and the Rosewood Hotel Group. The company is Ycombinator backed and continues to add new features to its platform to improve utility for clients.
