Goji's mission is to make investing in private funds as easy as their mainstream, listed counterparts.
Most of the infrastructure supporting private assets was built to support low-volume institutional investors. Goji instead serves asset managers and fund administrators by digitising the investor and investment infrastructure to unlock access.
The company provides individual investors access to private asset investment by automating client due diligence, onboarding, payments, custody and reporting processes so that fund managers can easily take on and manage new investors. Goji has been well timed with changes in the wider investment sector, in which the importance of digitising distribution has been both highlighted and accepted.
In addition, there is an evolution of pressure on the private asset market. Managers know they are going to be less dependent on large institutional managers and they need to better capture capital from the private wealth channel. This, alongside innovations in the market, will help grow demand for Goji's services - giving it plenty of scope for future success.
