Seeking to replicate the success of on-demand food delivery services like Deliveroo and Uber Eats for other industries, the platform works with a network of reliable couriers throughout the UK.
The courier space is a market that has not radically changed for many years, despite the clear possibility for the introduction of technological solutions. The courier process lacks transparency and is rarely efficient, leaving customers frustrated by their experience.
Many of Gophr's answers to this are simple: it has introduced proper tracking to its deliveries. Other solutions involve API based on the five years of research the company has undertaken to improve the efficiency of the deliveries sector.
Gophr is expanding out of London, with an aim to cover the whole of the UK and beyond. As part of this growth trajectory, it has secured partnerships with a number of key organisations, including HelloFresh, Hostmaker and Krispy Kreme plus many more.
