Our take
The tech skills gap has been an issue for quite a while now, and it’s only growing wider. Indeed, in the UK a huge majority of Managing Directors say that the skills shortage is negatively affecting their business.
Grayce is attempting to fulfil this talent shortage by tapping into the graduate and early career data and tech workforce, fast tracking its talent through development programmes and professional placements. Essentially, the company helps enterprises build recruitment pipelines while saving money.
Though founded in 2012, Grayce has been going through a rapid growth phase of late, ramping up its intake of Analysts and significantly growing its client base. It is now among the UK’s fastest growing management consultancies and, considering the current climate, will likely be eyeing up further growth in the near future.
