The company’s AI supports two-way messaging, allowing candidates to feel like they’re having a personal recruitment experience, as well as automated follow-up texts, bulk messaging, and integrations with the most-widely used common applicant tracking systems, like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BrassRing, and ADP. They boast some impressive figures - 99% of messages are opened and the average reply time is 6 minutes.
There are number of automation companies working in this space, but grayscale’s SMS offering is unique and sets it apart. Recent funding is being focussed on fine-tuning its platform.
