  • We offer enhanced parental leave for Grifflings - you’re able to take 26 weeks of parental leave. This increases to 52 weeks if you are based in the UK AND you are the birthing parent, the primary-caregiver adopter, or if you and your partner decide to use UK’s Shared Parental Leave.
  • We'll pay you in full for 13 weeks of parental leave, and then the greater of 50% pay or London Living Wage for the following 13 weeks, provided you’ve been with us for 6 months on your expected due date or placement date.
  • If you have been with us for two years (or more!) by your expected due date or placement date, we will pay you in full for 26 weeks of parental leave
