Our take
Learning and development (L&D) programs are invaluable in optimizing the performance of workforces, achieved through coaching, mentoring, and group training courses. However, such L&D programs are often presented through a one-size-fits-all approach, preventing them from having a sufficient impact on the KPIs of individuals.
Growth Space provides a data-driven L&D platform for workforces, facilitating the provision of personalized 1-on-1 coaching, mentoring, and group training sessions. The platform's data-driven approach allows businesses to define the challenges and KPIs of each individual worker, match them with appropriate L&D experts, and track their progress throughout their personalized training programs.
Whilst it is undeniable that the L&D landscape is oversaturated with platforms due to remote developments as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Growth Space stands out by recognizing the importance of bespoke, data-driven training. In addition to providing its services to businesses, the company also provides a unique marketplace opportunity for L&D experts to find businesses that require bespoke services. It is also planning a US expansion and launched a Career Pathway Program to aid employee growth, talent retention, and internal mobility in 2023, indicating a forward momentum that should maintain Growthspace's market-leading position.
