HLTH is a very short period of time has understood what the industry needed and delivered that in a series of events and products. The focus is always on quality, a fresh approach and understanding how to deliver a unique experience for all involved.

HLTH Foundation is an integral part of all that we do in terms of promoting equity, inclusion and opportunity in healthcare. There is a strong focus on underserved patients, healthcare professionals and innovators in digital health offering a sense of purpose to our efforts.

Healthcare is complicated but it is also full of innovation and promise. HLTH is at the center of meaningful change and the team gets to experience that on a daily basis though our work.

At HLTH, everyone is encouraged to give their two cents and weigh in on all aspects of our event and how we operate. I regularly feel like a positive contributor to the overall success of my team, the company as a whole, and all of our events.

Employees are asked to work in-person in our NYC-based office at least 3 times per week, but most of the team is given the flexibility to work remote whenever needed. Leadership is extremely understanding when it comes to allowing people to work remote, as long as the quality of work stays at a high level.

My hard work is regularly noticed and appreciated, and I feel that my title, role & compensation properly reflect my quality of work. High-performing employees are regularly given shout outs and are commended for great work in weekly team meetings.

It took me a very long time to find a company that I feel fully fulfilled at. Each person within HLTH is amazing. We have a wonderful company culture, and everyone immediately accepts you into the HLTH family - this goes for our Heads, also! I am always heard, always valued and genuinely enjoy what I do day-to-day. We work hard, and get to play even harder!

Our big HLTH 2022 event in Las Vegas is nearing, where the entire team will be on-site. It’s something we work hard towards all year. Our Heads make sure to show their appreciate with amazing Team outings and parties, ending with an annual Team Trip in December. This year, we are going to Budapest!
