Our take
Human resource departments are an integral part to develop, reinforce and change cultures within organisations. Self-service HR technology has increased over recent years, allowing companies to increase headcount without necessarily needing to add HR staff. Looking to streamline these processes further is Hailey HR, a platform providing automated solutions for all HR operations
The company aims to be a one-stop-shop for HR tools, and since founding in 2020 has developed its product with features ranging from digital employee files to salary reviews, with its latest addition being a GDPR-compliant whistleblowing service.
So far, Hailey HR has sold its service to 320 customers and counting. A recent instalment of funding means the company is able to continue developing its product and expand to keep up with growing demand.
