Company mission

To to end loneliness in new parents by bringing new parents and providers together.

Our take

Loneliness in new parents is a documented experience, but despite the fact that there are many others going through the same experience, it can be difficult for those with young children to find the time to branch out socially and find these peers. Happity connects parents to baby and toddler classes in their area, allowing them to meet other new parents, socialise and create communities, all whilst spending time with their children.

Happity, the UK’s largest platform dedicated to baby and toddler classes, was created for parents by parents who had experience with feelings of isolation after they had children. Knowing that the community of new parents existed but was simply not connected, the company focussed on bringing members together in a space that ensured their little ones were safe and engaged, encouraging them to make their own connections at these various events and activities. Browsing and booking can be done online, and activity providers can register within a matter of minutes to list classes for bumps, babies, or toddlers, as well as “bring your baby” events and wellbeing meetups.

Happity lists tens of thousands of classes, at locations across the UK. The company has seen strong interest from the industry, showing that their services and mission have been well-received, as well as significant funding to continue its growth throughout the country.
