Happl (previously Tahora) is building an employee wellbeing platform reimagining the social experience at work through peer-to-peer communities, improving employee interaction and tackling mental health challenges in the workplace.
Happl's platform enables companies to preventatively support their employees' wellbeing and reduce the reliance on medical treatment, by providing wellbeing resources, creating support networks and organising local and virtual social events.
With remote working increasing in many industries, having a place for employees to connect and share is crucial to maintain engagement and wellbeing. The company's preventative approach and emphasis on a unified experience differentiates them from other businesses in the mental health sphere.

The team at Happl are really fantastic. If you happen to find yourself starting your day on a low, the team will make an effort to go out of their way and check in on you. The team have become my friends outside of work and the bond makes it much easier to work on projects, give feedback and get tasks across the line.

We have an office first culture which I absolutely love as it means I see more of the team and can better collaborate. However, there's a nice understanding that sometimes we need to work from home, log on later or take time out of the work day.
