Happy Returns is an e-commerce returns app for merchants and consumers. It has reengineered the order return process to provide a frictionless, hassle-free solution for both parties. For vendors, the app offers return options at lower costs through bicoastal hubs, and increases exchange rates. For customers, the app initiates a bridge between eCommerce and in-person returns.
Quick returns are a point of competition between merchants, and an area in which many retailers struggle to compete with giants like Amazon and Walmart. Happy Returns provides a solution for these retailers through combining software, services, and logistics, as well as a network of "Return Bar" locations nationwide, to facilitate quicker and simpler returns.
Happy Return's clients include brands such as Levi's, Gymshark, and Steve Madden. The company was acquired by PayPal in 2021, which allowed it to enhance its customer base. It has also partnered with rival Loop Returns, the return platform for Shopify brands, to bring box-free, label-free drop-off to more consumers.
