Even after accessing counselling, many clients do not return to the same counsellor due to a "one-size-fits-all" approach, feeling like the support they have been offered does not fit their personal needs.
Harley Therapy provides a counselling booking platform that connects users with qualified therapists, allowing them to book sessions online, in person, or by phone. The platform also enables licensed therapists to acquire clients and retain them due to its personalized matching system.
Whilst the company faces competition from other online therapy booking platforms, Harley Therapy is backed by a founder who has over 14 years experience running the renowned Harley Therapy London clinics. This industry knowledge will be key in setting the company apart.

As the company is growing and developing, there is always something new to learn or to read about. There are also so many parts of the company where I don't have much (or any!) experience or knowledge, and it's really interesting to hear and learn more about those sides of the business even if they are not within my remit as it can help to shape my ideas as well.

I love feeling trusted and encouraged to explore ideas of my own accord, and being able to work on and implement any ideas I have that I feel would be beneficial for the company. I have my set responsibilities but I also have the freedom to plan my own day and work through tasks as I see best.
