Harri seeks to produce an end-to-end management solution for the hospitality sector. The company's founders noticed that most hospitality companies still ran their workforce management manually. From onboarding to the allocation of daily shifts, everything was being carried out by the managers at considerable expense to their time and money.
Harri addresses this with an app that does this work for businesses. Harri helps employers run recruitment ads on a number of platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and also deals with shift workers on a daily basis.
Having received a substantial amount of funding, these will be used to accelerate company growth, cement its position as the industry leader and will launch additional markets across Europe soon.
In addition to this, the company has appointed Wendy Harkness as Chief Compliance Officer. Wendy brings a wealth of experience across the compliance, legal, and HR landscape, most recently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel for Restaurant Growth Services, where she led the national legal, risk, and HR teams. At Harri, Wendy will be in charge of and lead the advancement of Harri’s Workforce Compliance Platform supporting the expanding community of global enterprise clients, across multiple compliance functions including wage & hour, payroll, and training.
