Our take
Buying a home can be a complicated, lengthy and expensive process, especially for first-time buyers. Haven was founded to reduce the complexities of home-buying for both lenders and buyers.
Haven offers a digital marketplace for homeowners, brokers, lenders, servicers, and providers. The company focuses on building trust between mortgage companies and homeowners, allowing lenders to attract, retain, and cross-sell customers with a suite of easy-to-use tools. The platform connects with existing ledgers and systems to enhance lenders' existing operations, rather than replacing them.
Haven is currently working toward scaling its marketplace and continuing to build out its platform for lenders and buyers. It has raised significant funding that will support hiring across the company as it accelerates development.
