HeadBox was founded in 2010 with the intention of making booking and planning events easier for businesses. Over the years, the company has built up an impressive list of high-profile business clients, such as EY, Skyscanner, EDF and Sky.
HeadBox's edge lies in its simplicity. Its services streamline the often convoluted planning and booking processes, which appeals enormously to large companies looking to prioritise tasks effectively. HeadBox brings booking, managing and delivering together on one easy-to-use platform.
Traditionally, HeadBox has specialised in in-person events, allowing organisers to book venues in locations such as the National Gallery in London. However, HeadBox has also embraced virtual events, allowing businesses to craft engaging online experiences.
While traditional events companies have struggled in recent years, HeadBox has done well. Its virtual experience services will no doubt prove valuable in the years to come and will appeal to multinational companies and remote working organisations.

Two of our 4 HeadBox values are integrity and empathy and both of these are demonstrated through the flexible working scheme at HeadBox. The Senior Management Team have recognised the importance of a work-life balance to all of us and offer us a really flexible working scheme, comprised of a mixture of working hours, working days and remote working. The integrity of the team here is demonstrated through productivity and output whether that's working from home, the office, 5 days a week or 4. We can flexibly work between home and the office on a schedule that suits us. There is a huge care for work-life balance, ensuring everyone can attend their personal commitments. HeadBox will be offering a reduced working hours week from September which can work out to be a 4 day week if we wish - this really shows the HeadBox values their staff to ensure we have a good work-life balance.

HeadBox is the first place in my 10 years of working which goes beyond talking about the core values, which are: empathy, brilliance, curiosity and integrity. Even the floors of the building are arranged according to these values and reflect the meaning behind it: for example 'empathy' floor asks for colleagues to make the calls outside of the room, keep the music to minimum and no pets - for deep focus time
