Hearth.AI is providing an AI-powered customer relationship management system which functions as a co-pilot for customer-facing teams. Instead of just providing a database of connections, Hearth's product builds an understanding of relationships, providing recommendations and action points across a whole network in a more human way than humans are currently able to manage with the tools at our disposal.
Still in stealth, Hearth has nonetheless raised seed funding from Salesforce's generative AI fund. This will allow it to hire on additional talent and develop its product towards a release. Addressing a major issue for modern companies and with an experienced machine learning specialist at the helm, it seems likely that Hearth will be able to build into a significant business.
