Positioning itself as a founder-friendly brand in London, often ranked as one of the best startup ecosystems globally, is likely to continue proving a smart sell going forwards. They have already helped develop Tessian, Echo (LloydsDirect), Yoti, CEPI, Protas, and Whirli amongst others.

There are always new opportunities to learn at Hex which is one of the reasons I'm really enjoying being a part of the team! The clients and projects are diverse so there are always new challenges to over come and learn from. Hex is also full of knowledgeable people all happy to help you understand topics or processes you may not be familiar with.

Hex has some of the best leadership I've seen in my career. All of those in leadership positions are approachable, friendly and will always make time for you if you need it. I have regular 1:1 meetings with my line manager where we discuss how I'm feeling about work and what can be done to ensure I'm happy and engaged.

The Hex team is more like a family - everyone chats with everyone, shares their concerns, interests, what they are working on, and work through challenges on the way. A good reflection of that is that every Friday, the whole team gets together and shouts out colleagues who smashed it or really worked hard and makes sure they are congratulated and thanked for that.
