Our take
When eFounders was faced with the challenge of expanding into different verticals, the company saw the opportunity to truly diversify its offerings to expand its reach in the market. This led to Hexa, a new holding company that currently runs three different studios, LogicFounders (Fintech), eFounders (Future of Work), and 3founders (Web3).
With each studio operating within its niche, the studios act as a third co-founder. While the startup studio tries to find a CEO and a CTO, Hexa's core team helps take the project off the ground in exchange for a third of equity. For instance, unicorn companies Front, Aircall and Spendesk all started with eFounders.
Hexa is looking to further expand its range of venture studios, launching into new verticals such as climate, education, and health - with two of those studios launching within the next year. With +35 launches and +2,800 jobs created, Hexa is well set to help launch countless more startups.
